Historical and mythical tour Trebišće – Perun – for young and old nature lovers

Day 2 – Hiking with a professional guide to the village – Trebišće, experience the nature and history of the area / museum collection / mythological storytelling by the Perunika theater, source of drinking water – waterfall
If you set off on this historical and mythical path, you will discover who the Slavs really are, where they came from and what their beliefs and mythology were. The area of Trebišće – Perun – was chosen by the first settled Slavs as the stage for their most sacred beliefs, where mythical events took place between the God Perun and the God Veles, in which the cycle of life and natural changes of crucial importance for human survival rested. Recent scientific research has proven the long-standing suspicion that these slopes of Učka were sacred spaces for the first Slavic settlers in Kvarner.
The hike includes professional guidance from the crossroads of M. Draga all the way to the village of Trebišće. A visit to the interpretation center located in a rural stone house in the village from which the tree of life grows. It interprets Old Slavic mythology as the central theme in a museological and museographic way and presents other heritage values of this area through its lens. The display is interdisciplinary, creative and innovative in production, especially adapted to the rural context.
A visit to the mill or the possibility of climbing via Pretrebišće to the Perun hill with an additional hour of walking.
In the late afternoon, return to Mošć. Draga.
Day 3 – departure by car / van to the village of Potoki, and continuation on foot to thematic playgrounds for children of different ages and a space for all visitors to stay and socialize. The play equipment follows the heritage basis of each location, so the theme of the forest playground with elements of Old Slavic mythology is designed to encourage adrenaline experiences and the creation of your own games with its set of abstract wooden equipment.

Followed by a return on foot to Mošć. Draga
Day 4 – departure by bike in the morning around 09:00 – a short tour of the Maritime Museum on the waterfront in Mošć. Draga and continuation towards the village of Sučići – along the road (1 km climb) the rest is adapted to every age. Cycling along a wide forest path to the village of Trebišće where a delicious meal awaits us, rest (we recommend filling the bottles with excellent spring water) and then descending to Mošćenička Draga along the road through the village of Potoki.
