Mythological Historical Path of Trebišće
Our Slavic ancestors moved to these areas in the 7th century when they were still polytheists. Perun the thunderer, shaggy Veles, wet Mokoš, green Jarilo and icy Morana are just some of the many gods and spirits that symbolized natural forces with which the ancient Slavs explained the world to themselves.
